ENTERTAINMENT and FOOD:

An event within the main event is the 'Family Expo' (featuring health, education, motherhood and slots for children and parents) to coincide with Mothers Day and Family Day. There will be a play area for children as well as food stalls, live bands and cultural performers from 11am-3pm each day.

Philippines Festival and Trade Fair (www.fiestapilipinas.co.nz), the largest Filipino event of its kind in Auckland, is held together with the Migrant Expo. A highlight of this event is the launch of the ‘Filipino News Ms/Mr Fiesta Pilipinas’ contest with two return tickets to Manila to be won as well as cash prizes. The Filipino Community is holding a Catholic Mass at 3pm in the Delightful Lady Lounge, Level 2 at the venue. (www.pinoy.net..nz)
